PERSONAL TRAINING1-on-1 session that includes personalized training program based on the individual capability, coaching on proper technique/form and new skills, and nutrition advise that is sustainable & practical for the long run.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTIncludes functional movement screening, measurement of the body using fat caliper, tape and body fat analyzer machine. Monthly tracking of measurements.
