As a personal trainer and CrossFit coach, Didi has always been passionate about fitness and movement. From a young age, he was inspired by the physical strength and prowess of Goku from Dragon Ball, leading him to pursue martial arts, track and field, and bodyweight training.
With a patient and systematic approach, Didi's goal is to help his clients become their best selves and achieve their fitness goals. He is certified by ACE as a personal trainer, Precision Nutrition as a nutrition coach, and CrossFit in Level 1 and Gymnastics.
In addition to his expertise in bodyweight training, Didi is also skilled in weightlifting and powerlifting, as demonstrated by his 3rd place finish in the Vanguard Weightlifting Competition's U61 category in 2019. His motto is to always "Move Better" and help his clients do the same.
