Didi is a personal trainer cum CrossFit coach that gained inspiration from an unusual keen interest from a young age, watching Goku from Dragon Ball; admiring the main character's physical prowess. He has been very active in movement since young, joining Wushu as form of Martial Arts, running in track in school, and self-taught in bodyweight training.
Didi believes in turning his clients from "Zero to Hero" with his very patient and systemic approach when it comes to training. Didi's mantra is always to "Move Better". Ever since joining CrossFit, he aims to expand his skills not just in bodyweight, but also moving heavy stuff in weightlifting and powerlifting.
