**Can I pause/freeze my membership?**
- Members under the 3-Month Monthly Instalment or 3-Month Upfront membership plan may suspend their membership for up to 14 days.
- Members under the 6-Month Monthly Instalment or 6-Month Upfront membership plan may suspend their membership for up to 28 days.
- Members under the 12-Month Monthly Instalment or 12-Month Upfront membership plan may suspend their membership for up to 56 days.
- Please note that the minimum suspension period for each request is 2 weeks.
- Suspension options are not available for clients under the 1-Month Unlimited, Drop-In, or Week Pass membership plans.
- In the event of an injury or serious medical condition, members may request a suspension or cancellation of their membership with the submission of a medical certificate, subject to management approval.
**Is there a refund or return policy?**
- All purchases related to the current RX Membership are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
**Can I use the open gym during ongoing classes?**
- If the ongoing class is full, access to the gym is not permitted to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Even if the class is not full, it is discouraged to use the open gym during class hours.
**What are the facility opening hours?**
- For RX Fitness, the gym is open from 10 am to 10 pm. If you plan to visit during non-class/open gym hours, please check with the box manager.
- For CrossFit Johor Bahru, the gym operates from 8 am to 12 pm, 5pm to 9pm on weekdays, and from 8 am to 1 pm on weekends. If you intend to visit during non-class/open gym hours, please check with the box manager.
- It is mandatory to sign up for every session via WODIFY to prevent overcrowding. Failure to do so when a class/gym is full may result in entry denial.
**PAYMENT POLICIES**
- Please understand that signing a contract implies a commitment to the contract's duration. Since we use a third-party payment gateway, we cannot cancel recurring payments.
- Payments and membership holds are independent; an account may be frozen, but deductions will continue on the same date each month until all instalments are completed.
- In the event of a failed transaction or outstanding payments, we reserve the right to deactivate your membership and restrict entry.
- Members without a credit/debit card must make payment schedule arrangements with the box manager.
**UPDATED BOOKING POLICIES**
**CANCEL IN ADVANCE IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND**
- If you are unable to attend a booked class or open gym session, it is your responsibility to cancel at least 2 hours before the start time. This ensures that someone who truly wants to work out can take your spot. Failure to cancel will result in a warning, and repeated failures will lead to a one-week booking restriction for gym access.
