UPDATED BOOKING POLICIES
CANCEL EARLY IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO CLASS
In the event where you are unable to attend a class or open gym that was booked, the responsibility lies with you to make the cancellation 2 hours prior to the start. We hope to avoid having vacancies where the opportunity could have went to someone who really wanted to workout but could not get a booking. Do note that if you fail to cancel your spot will be first served with a warning. Subsequent failure to make class cancellation in time will result in a one-week booking restriction access to the gym.

- Members under the 3-Months Monthly Instalment or 3-Months Upfront membership plan shall be entitled to suspend their membership for up to 14 days
- Members under the 6-Months Monthly Instalment or 6-Months Upfront membership plan shall be entitled to suspend their membership for up to 28 days
- Members under the 12-Months Monthly Instalment or 12-Months Upfront membership plan shall be entitled to suspend their membership for up to 56 days.
- Do take note, for every suspension request, the minimum suspension period shall be 2 weeks.
- For the avoidance of doubt, suspensions are not available for Clients under the 1-Month Unlimited, Drop-In, Week Pass membership plan
- In the event that a member is suffering from any injury or serious medical condition, he/she may seek a suspension/cancellation of their membership plan upon producing a medical certificate subject to management’s approval.
Is there any refund or return policy?
- All purchases pertaining to the current RX Membership are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Can I do open gym when a class is ongoing?
- If the ongoing class is full, you are not allow to use the gym, adhering to the SOP. Even if they class is not full, you are not encourage to do your open gym during class hour.
What is the opening hour of the both facilities?
- For RX Fitness the gym opening hour will be from 10am-10am. Please check with the box manager first if you are dropping by during a non-class/open gym hour.
- For CrossFit Johor Bahru, the gym opening hours will be from 6am to 3pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 12pm to 9pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Please check with the box manager first if you are dropping by during a non-class/open gym hour.
- You MUST sign up for every sessions you want to attend though WODIFY to prevent overcrowding. Failure to do so when a class/gym is full, you can be denied entry
PAYMENT POLICIES
- Understand that signing up for a contract also means making a commitment to the duration of the contract. As we are using a third-party gateway for our payment system, we are therefore not able to cancel recurring payments.
- Payments and membership holds do not tally, an account may be frozen but it will continue deducting on the same date each month until all the instalments has ended.
- If a transaction fails to go through for the month or there has been any outstanding, we reserve the right to deactivate your membership and withhold you from entry.
- Members who do not possess a credit/debit card will need to make arrangements with the box manager in regards to payment schedule.
