There will be something for everyone. From the lone wolf who prefers to work out alone to social butterflies who love group work outs. From a toddler to a senior citizen, we train literary every one who is willing to put their heart into our training session. Fitness is for all!
RX. We are not too different from your family doctor. We listen to you, scrutinise your fitness levels and prescribe your workout plan. But we don't say 'Thanks, goodbye' after that. We will continue to monitor and refine your routines until you are able to chase fresh goals.

CrossFit, defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity makes your body the star of the show - The main machine. If you intend to spend an hour strolling on the treadmill watching 'running man', RX might not be the right place for you. We will still try to convince you to change your training methods though!
